I would like to acknowledge the excellent service that I have received from Tammy Flocchini in Harvey Bay with organizing my trip to Brisbane for the State of Origin. Nothing was too hard for her even the several changers I had to make to my trip. Because of her attention to detail my trip was 5 stars. I definitely would highly recommend her and will be booking my travels through her from now on. Once again thankyou Tammy.

We wanted to do a Mekong river trip so after looking at a few options they helped us decide on the Emerald Harmony cruise and we weren't disappointed. Nothing was really too hard for our agent, we asked for a couple of extra days in Saigon before and after the cruise and she made it happen, just wish we had spent more time at both legs of the trip! Rebecca made sure our passports were up to date, guided us through the visa process, she gave us prices for economy or business class, so we took the business flights to and from Australia. As we were also flying from Siem Riep back to Saigon this was handled well so there were no complications or surprises with any parts of our trip! The only minor thing was (not her fault) we asked for late checkout on departure from Saigon and their agent (in Saigon) could only offer a full day fee but on site the hotel offered us a much cheaper option! Definitely will look at booking with them again but we just need to decide where to next!

I would just like to reach out and thank Belle for organising our families first trip to the Cook Islands. From our first interaction Belle was so knowledgable and informative with flights, transfers , accomodation and tours to do. Belle booked everything and we had the most amazing holiday. We will definitely be using Belle again. Already looking at going again. Thankyou

Everything was seamless, thanks to Tammy’s expertise and attention to detail. The cruise itself was unforgettable: dramatic Kimberley landscapes, luxury accommodations, and a true spirit of adventure. Highlights included incredible fishing (we even ate our fresh catch that night!) and thrilling helicopter trips to remote waterfalls and swimming holes. The crew was top-notch, making the experience even more special. If you're looking for a once-in-a-lifetime family trip, we highly recommend Tammy and the True North. Absolutely 5 stars!

I'm quite a senior solo traveller. I was nervous at booking online, so I tried a plaza t/agent who dismissed me with going online. Emu Plains agent didn't want my business. Obviously, the quote was huge $, vague & incomplete. Then, the pop-up agent in kmart complex said paper brochure here now & there & then. Then I asked Cruise & Travel agent for help booking plane tickets & my questions about tour & insurance was yes C. & T. Can do it right now & in writing on paper & email. I was stoked as I became excited. I was doing the right thing for myself, and Bell & staff were so supportive. I was confident I was in perfect hands. Tour over & Bell was with me on the "what's app" all thru the tour. My travel agent C.&T. Every time. 🥰
