From the moment you walk through the Travel Associate's door at their Penrith office, you know that you are in the hands of a professional, customer focussed organisation. Melissa took care of all our Alaskan holiday itinerary, flight and hotel bookings and provided us with much needed advice and ongoing support of which you cant get from just using the internet on your own. The holiday process has been that good that Mel is already working on our next 2 holidays to Vietnam and Japan for us. I highly recommend Mel and the TA team for all your travel needs.
