Ive been on the hunt for a new work outfit and I tried zara, uniclo, myer etc. I came across forecast and I liked the clothes walking past so I decided to go in the shop. The customer service lady Trang was so helpful. I felt like she really listened to me and she was going around the shop finding a full outfit to put together. It should be negative stars rating. All false and misleading information provided by manager herself. Bought full pair from store and had been committed it will be exchanged from any store and now we realise we have to go to Parramatta store. Worst ever experience even not a government sector in Africa would treat like this. No one should buy from here.worst negative 10 stars

24/02/2025 A new review about the clothing store @ Westfield Shopping Centre FORECAST Today I went look for a top/ a blouse that will suit for my requirement!! The staff who who was on duty was known as TRAM.She was very good with her customer service. You wonder why I said like that, as I have a certain style, a requirement as I’ve got a dinner dance to be attended !! So she helped me with all possible available options !! To be honest with you it was a very busy time in the store at that time, yet she made sure I am getting what I was looking for!! I felt the price was bit too much for the blouse/top according to my budget, therefore I ended up not purchasing !! Yet her service was amazing!! A very kind, with lots of patience & always treated the customers with a beautiful, humble smile. Thanks indeed TRAM for your brilliant customer service.Truly you are an asset for this company!! Pretty cool, no rush, so gently fulfilled the customers need. Thanking you Anoma👏💐🎈🙂🙋‍♀️
