I visited Provost Hair Salon last month without an appointment after a very busy few weeks. The staff told me they could fit me in, but the full service would take over an hour, so I initially left because I was short on time. About 15min later I changed my mind and went back. By then, Summer, who was supposed to do my haircut, had already gone on her lunch break. Another staff member asked me to wait until she returned. To my surprise, Summer came back before finishing her lunch break because she knew I was in a hurry. I honestly felt so grateful and a little guilty that she interrupted her break for me. That level of kindness and dedication is rare. Throughout the appointment, Summer was incredibly caring and reassuring. I was feeling a bit down about my hair loss, and she took the time to encourage me and share some helpful advice. Most importantly, I absolutely loved my haircut. I received so many compliments afterward, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Thank you so much, Summer, for your kindness, professionalism, and amazing work. The service at Provost Hair Salon was outstanding, and I look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

I came to the Saloon with some really bad hair colouring from a random saloon. Pablo helped fixed my hair, and gave me the most perfect sandy blond colour that matched my skin tone. He took his time to understand what I wanted, and then assessed what he could do with my hair, clearing explaining and providing reference photos. The end result was perfect. Since then, Pablo has been my go to for any hair treatments. It is a relief to have someone reliable that you can always trust especially before big events or trips! Thank you Pablo!!

Pablo always does such a good job. He listens to my daughter's requirements and double checks he has understood her requirements before proceeding. His haircuts are always so precise and look good even after a number of weeks. I highly recommend him as a stylist. My daughter (who hates to get her hair cut at the best of times) walked out of her appointment this week super happy with the result. Thank you Pablo!

Had such an amazing time at the salon! We had a themed event and they catered for it and got our hair up to par! Melanie was absolutely gorgeous and professional throughout! Got my hair up to point! Barry was attentive and listened to all details and produced the fabulous hairstyle we needed! Thank you for such a wonderful experience - we were ever so grateful!
