This was my first experience at the salon. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and I had a pleasant experience overall. However, I’m unfortunately not happy with the haircut, especially considering I paid $220. I showed the stylist a picture and clearly explained what I wanted, including keeping the ends straight and avoiding layers. The final result ended up much shorter than I expected and not really what I asked for. The stylist had even suggested going longer than what I initially requested, which I agreed to, but then the cut still ended up shorter than that. I also wanted the ends to be straight, but they were cut with more of a curved shape, which doesn’t suit me. At one point, the stylist was about to add short layers, and when I asked if she was going to layer it, she said yes. I told her I didn’t want layers, and she replied, “Lucky you asked,” which made me feel concerned that my preferences hadn’t been fully understood. While the service and staff were lovely, I left feeling disappointed. For a $220 haircut, I expected the result to be much closer to what I asked for, rather than what the stylist thought would look best.

Staff are super friendly including Eric who cut my hair, very nice to deal with. He also took his time with my cut which I appreciated very much but unfortunately, the cut was not what I asked for and I greatly dislike it. I wanted it very pointy and blended at the ends (as shown in the first picture, with a few slight layered bits) and despite saying he could do the cut, it wasn't at all pointy but rather very choppy and square and not blended at all!!! I wanted to love this place and given that it cost me $140 I'm SO unhappy with my hair and how it makes me look now 🥺.

Eric and the team made my experience exceptional from the moment I arrived, beginning with a warm and genuine welcome. The seamless coordination among the staff, each carrying out their role with confidence and precision, was truly impressive. I also had the support of a senior team member who provided valuable hair guidance, which I truly appreciated. Eric took the time to understand the history of my hair and worked absolute wonders with his scissors, trimming away months of damage and brittle ends and leaving my hair flawless. From beginning to end, I was looked after with genuine care and professionalism an experience I couldn’t fault.

I'm very pleased with the overall experience. When I called to book in my appointment, I described what I was looking for with the receptionist and she recommended Eric. Eric was absolutely lovely, very skilled with blending my layered cut. He gave me useful hair care and styling tips. Ill definitely visit again in the future 😄

Luxurious salon, Eric pays meticulous attention to detail and provides thorough explanations. The atmosphere is pleasant, and they offer a robe for your comfort. In addition, when hair washing, they offer an additional cover for my legs. The comfortable chairs and tasteful decor enhance the overall experience. I’m very happy with my hairstyle, it was a fantastic experience! Compared to other places I’ve been, this place is reasonably priced!🌟
