I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. The service from all staff was exceptional — everyone was welcoming, engaging, and genuinely friendly. Nas, who washed and blow-dried my hair, was especially lovely. She made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to throughout. She also demonstrated excellent knowledge of my hair, taking the time to carefully assess it and recommend suitable products to help maintain its condition, without ever being pushy. She did an amazing job, and I left feeling beautiful and well cared for. The salon aesthetic is gorgeous — luxurious, relaxing, and inviting. Even though I only came in for a wash and blow-dry, I left feeling pampered and special. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches that elevated the overall experience. The massage chair, the beads at the wash basins, and the décor all created a calming, spa-like ambiance. The space feels beautifully curated — warm, stylish, and considered — which made the visit feel even more indulgent. I’d also like to mention the Japanese spa treatment. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Luxe Concept Salon in Chatswood Chase. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and looked after. You are looked after here by all staff. A special thank you to Luke, who truly worked his magic on my hair. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered expert advice, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail, skill, and professionalism were outstanding. I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and absolutely amazing. It’s not often you find a hairdresser who can transform not just your hair, but how you feel about yourself. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend Luke and the team at Luxe to anyone looking for exceptional service and beautiful hair. I recently had nanoplasty and a haircut at Luxe Concept Salon, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Without question, this was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I attended Luxe requesting a light auburn colour and provided multiple reference photos, including a photo of myself from only six weeks earlier. What I asked for was simple. What I received was bright magenta hair. The consultation felt rushed from the moment I sat down. Instead of listening to what I wanted, I felt pressured away from elements of the look I had specifically requested. Looking back, it seemed more important to move clients through the salon as quickly as possible than to actually understand the outcome I was paying for. Things only deteriorated from there. While I was at the basin, my seat was given away and my belongings, including my car keys, were moved without my knowledge. It was a perfect reflection of the complete lack of organisation and professionalism that characterised the entire experience. When my hair was dried, I was shocked. Rather than the warm auburn colour I had requested, my hair was bright magenta. I was visibly distressed. Instead of fixing the problem properly, the solution appeared to be throwing a dark brown colour over the top in an attempt to cover the mistake rat

From the moment I called to book until the moment I walked out, everything was seamless. Luxe is a stylish, modern salon led by Reuben and his team of ten talented stylists. As a perfectionist with high standards, I was genuinely impressed. Patrick, my stylist, transformed my look with a gorgeous cut, colour, and blow-dry that gave me serious Marilyn Monroe vibes—all within minutes. He’s not only skilled and creative but also charismatic and professional. The salon’s black-and-white décor is sleek and spotless. You’re welcomed with a full tea service (yes, a teapot, milk jar, and biscuits!). Best of all? The massage chair at the washing station—combined with a gentle head massage—made the whole experience unforgettable. Yes, the service was on the higher end (just over $330), but for a luxurious, five-star experience. I visited the salon yesterday afternoon for hair colouring. During the service, I asked my hairdresser, Erin, whether they had plastic ear covers to protect my ears. She said they didn’t.
