For 4 tiny coffee tables. We got an unbelievable number of boxes that will fill the bin for the whole year. The $4000 tables which we were asked to assemble ourselves were bouncy and the fun process of starting forms, claims etc starts

We have had a very disappointing experience with this store. We have been waiting for our rug for over 7 months, which is already far beyond a reasonable timeframe. When we called the Artarmon store for an update, the staff member we spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive. There was no apology, and she even cut my husband off mid conversation when he politely raised concerns about her attitude. Unfortunately, we did not catch her name. The call was then passed to the manager, Katie, who was much more professional and helpful. This situation highlights a serious issue with customer service at this store. Staff should be respectful and willing to assist customers, especially when there has already been such a long delay. It would be beneficial for the team to undergo proper customer service training. We are also frustrated with the delivery process. At the time of purchase, delivery was advertised as available Monday to Saturday. However, we have now been told Saturday delivery is not possible, and we are required to stay home for an entire day to receive the item. This is unreasonable, particularly after such a long wait. Good furniture and mattress store. not the cheapest, but good selection and super friendly service. Unfortunately, we could not buy the mattress we liked as it was not deemed possible to deliver it to the second floor of our narrow town house. We got a king size delivered form another store in Sydney at the end.
