A big thank you to Kaz, Dan and Will for their outstanding customer service. They have gone above and beyond to help me furnish my new place. They have offered recommendations and have provided support and assistance with my order. One of the things that has stood out the most is that they all just genuinely want to help and want me as the customer to be happy. I will continue to go OZ Design Artarmon for my furniture. I still have a lot more to buy! Thanks again team!

We purchased the Allegra bedside table from OZ Design online and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from both a product quality and customer service perspective. The bedside table arrived unstable and rocking badly. We confirmed the issue was not our floor, as our other bedside table from Icon By Design sits perfectly stable in the exact same spot. When we contacted customer service, they refused an in-store exchange or refund because the item was purchased online. Instead, we had to wait nearly 3 weeks for a warehouse replacement. After going through the hassle of transporting the item back and forth ourselves, the replacement arrived with the exact same rocking issue. The whole process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and exhausting for what should have been a simple furniture purchase. Poor quality control combined with inflexible and unhelpful customer service made this a very disappointing experience. We expected much better from OZ Design. We are now stranded with a rocking bedside table.

Oz designs delivery guys were excellent! On time, communicated well and set up furniture quickly and professionally. I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience from buying to set up. So refreshing to get such excellent service. Would highly recommend Oz Design!

Very happy with purchase of Dorado 3 seater reversible chaise sofa in Sage green. Initial device with Kaz and then ordered the next day with Jedda. Delivered in 4 weeks and all very smooth.
