Extremely satisfied with my new lounge delivered on time and installed efficiently by helpful and polite installers. I would like to acknowledge the assistance from Elin in the Artarmon store. Her advice and guidance was both professional and knowledgeable. Her design skills were a great advantage as we discussed my colour scheme and general room layout. The end result is exactly as she envisioned. I couldn’t be happier.

First time shopping in this store, met sales person Robert who helped me so much, found some great dinning chairs and bought them on the spot. had a misunderstanding with delivery yesterday being Sunday called Robert today and wow chairs delivered today immediately! What a shop their customer service is second to none. Even the delivery guy was so nice called, came when he said was so polite amazing. What a turn around from me probably being a bit precious (I’m sorry) to the guys delivering next day. couldn’t recommend supreme furniture Artarmon highly enough. Thank you once again guys and now I’ll be in later this week to get my mother in law new complete dinning setting table and chairs. Thank you Goran

Great in-store experience at Supreme Artarmon. Martin was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to walk me through options and helped me find a desk that suited my space and needs. Smooth process from start to finish — really appreciated the service.

Robert was very helpful in recommending suitable options that matched our needs for a reclining couch and chair. We had spent most of the morning looking at other furniture shops across several suburbs before finding the perfect one at this place and the total cost ended up being cheaper than everywhere else, while the build quality and fabric was significantly better. The 10 year warranty was an unexpected bonus and ease of assembly was reassuring as it will make it easier to ship in future next time we move. Most of the designs we saw in other shops were too low, too soft or made of cheap plastic with a high price tag. We saw the same designs from different brands at several shops and were losing hope in finding anything taller, but were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this store and it was great to be given room to decide without high pressure sales tactics and I have already recommended this store to a friend. Next time we need furniture we now know where to start.

We had a very good experience here with extremely helpful staff. Lots of variety to choose from at very competitive prices. Big bonus was our suite was made in Australia and to our order. So we were able to adjust the sofa length to fit our room perfectly. Not sure where else you can get that service at such good price. Huge selection of material swatches to choose from so you can match your decor and taste at very reasonable price too. We ended up buying dining tables and chairs and some bedroom furniture which all looks fantastic now it’s at home. The delivery guys were also excellent. Only reason for not giving full 5 stars was slight delay to expected delivery of one set of bedroom furniture, which was unexpected. Also good to know that you have to remove packaging waste yourselves so may be wise to wait for Council pick up time. All in all a really nice experience with sales staff being super helpful and good discounts when we decided to buy more furniture.
