I had a fantastic experience at Fresh Soul Clothing in Parramatta Westfield thanks to Natalie B. From the moment I walked in, Natalie greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel very welcome. While I was trying on clothes, she was friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful. Her honest, non-pushy advice really stood out and helped me find pieces that suited me perfectly, such refreshing customer service. Thanks to Natalie, I left with three beautiful items that I absolutely love. She made the whole experience easy and stress free. Natalie is a real credit to Fresh Soul Clothing. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend her!

The 2 ladies working on 21.06.26 genuinely the best service & sweetest people ever. I walked into the shop undecided & they helped so much, encouraged me & we’re overall just amazing people!!! They also loved my little that was with me. Thank you so much guys!!

I came into store yesterday and had a beautiful experience spending over 900$ in buying beautiful pieces and this morning I call and ask for them to put an item aside and the lady states that she can only hold it for an hour ? how does holding a product for an hour help my case if i am working all day. despite spending that much money and buying from Fresh Soul over and over again, they aren’t able to assist customers in holding items aside for them for a day. I think this is ridiculous especially if the customer has been shopping with them for a while. I spoke to the ladies yesterday who said they could hold products for the day so why has it changed to an hour only. ridiculous.

Such a rude lady. I saw a dress on the Mannequin, wanted to get it for my partner. Her staff allowed me to have a look and I wanted to check the price. This lady spawns in from no where just goes off at me saying, “what are you doing behind the rack? Don’t touch the Mannequin”. How can u treat your customers like that. Being a guy at a women’s store. I don’t know what to touch and what not to touch. I didn’t know it was somewhere on the rack. I was 100% gonna buy that dress for my girl as a surprise but i guess not today. Im sure she is giving her staff a hard time rn after I left for leaving me on my own at the store but it wasn’t the staff’s fault, it was mine. I asked her questions she gave me ans and i told her i’ll check on my own. You guys better not give that poor girl a hard time. Never coming back to this store, the lady made me feel like her store was ruined cause i came in. The dress was nice tho…

I recently purchased a dress from Fresh Soul -Parramatta by paying full price and, unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service I received. First and foremost, the dress's quality was subpar. I wore it only once, and it quickly became evident that the fabric was of low quality. After just one wear, I noticed multiple visible lines and wrinkles, making the dress look worn-out and unattractive. This is completely unacceptable, as I expected the dress to maintain its shape and appearance for more than just a single use. The overall craftsmanship of the dress left much to be desired. Furthermore, when I reached out to the customer service department to express my concerns and request assistance, I was met with a lack of helpfulness. The sales representative I spoke to was unresponsive to my complaints and kept on telling you might got stuck somewhere.She seemed disinterested in resolving the issue. I had hoped for a more attentive and proactive approach to addressing my concerns, but sadly, that was not the case.
