Over our 2-year journey, from initial planning and design to the build and warranty phase, every request we made was taken on board and fulfilled without hassle. The team, of George, Steve and Sharyn delivered a fantastic result, and always listened closely, addressing any concerns we had with professionalism and genuine care. We couldn’t be happier with our new home, and their commitment to quality and trustworthiness truly impressed us. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a builder who stands by their promises – we’re still thrilled with the outcome a year on since we took the keys!

1 Star — Extremely Disappointing and Untrustworthy Builder Our experience with G.J. Gardner Homes Parramatta has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we’ve ever had. It clearly shows how poorly managed, disorganized, and arrogant this franchise truly is. 1. Poor Management and Arrogant Attitude They suddenly fired all their sales staff, which caused complete chaos in our project handover. I had been dealing with them since April, but due to poor coordination and lack of communication, everything dragged on for months. The management — especially the director — was arrogant and dismissive, showing no sense of accountability. 2. Wrong Design and Lack of Professionalism All surveys and designs were based on a wrong layout that did not comply with CDC (Complying Development Certificate) requirements. Shockingly, it was me — a non-professional client — who discovered this issue first. After I pointed it out, it took them over two weeks to finally admit I was right. For a so-called professional builder to rely on a client to find a basic compliance error is simply laughable. This mistake wasted five months of my time and forced me to delay my planned Decemb

Our experience with GJ Gardner Homes and George Diniakos has been outstanding. From our first meeting we were kept fully informed as to each stage of the process and costs involved. George went out of his way to meet with us at the display home even though he was on holidays, and spent a great deal of time discussing our requirements, proposed changes etc. He was friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional. Unfortunately we were unable to proceed with building a home at the present time due to unexpected health issues, however when are are in a position to do so will engage GJ Gardner without hesitation. Really happy with the progress and process with GJ Gardener Parramatta. We are knocking down our house and rebuilding it. We have been researching builders for close to 2 years. We chose this builder because we feel really comfortable with their years of experience in the building industry and they were the only builders that agreed to build retaining walls as part of our construction. George has been so accommodating and has answered all our questions. The colour process has been wonderful. All the contractors have been very helpful and haven’t pushed any upsells which is great for our budget. The inclusions are really good so we haven’t needed to add too many more things to our tender. The final design meeting with ZD Artique was fantastic. I feel confident that we made the correct choice of builder and can’t wait to move into my new home.

Excellent service! Even though I didn't proceed with the project due to personal reasons, I was impressed by the their patience and professionalism. I've approached 4 builders, GJ Gardner was the only one that did a site visit in initial consultation. The information they provided was very detailed and transparent. Ryan has been kind and professional the whole time. Much appreciated for his assistance!
