I’m a big fan of goncha , but today I truely disappoint about the service from Indian staff (guy) are abousloutly rude and unfriendly. I asked him nicely to swoop one of the topping and welling to pay extra. But he said. No he cannot do that, it’s the policy and I explained to him that, multiple times when I went there the other staff can do it with no issue. And he keep say that. He doesn’t know to make that order!! And tell me to get something else Really? So, I suggest he needs to learn how response the customer in the nice and professional way. The other nice staff ladies always absolutely awesome

I was served by NORMAN, a tall-looking man with glasses. Yesterday, I had a terrible experience with him. I asked about their menu and toppings; his response was just to point to the toppings menu. No explanation, no smile. When I asked him if I could pay in cash, he said 'too big' because I gave him $100; no smile, no solution. You may say, 'Sorry, we don't have any change right now. Would you be willing to pay by card? Perhaps you can say, 'Sorry, do you have smaller notes?' There are other justifications you can make to the customer other than 'too big'. If you're not happy here, just hunt for another job. Don't be that rude. I paid for my drink; I'm not asking you to pay for mine, NORMAN. I visited several Gong Cha branches in Sydney, but this one is the rudest and most unpleasant.

The Mog Champ sends his regards. I came here for that Final Fantasy 14 Collab where you get this in-game mount if you order three drinks! Luckily I had two other friends to share my drinks with so we got ourselves some milk tea, mango alisan tea which I personally had and a lychee and aloe tea too. Service was as expected, waited for a few minutes at most and the drinks tasted fine as they were customised. Unfortunately they don't have any tables or seats but that's just how the gong cha here is setup. Thanks for the drinks Gong cha! Mogliest Regards, Your Mog Champ

Situated conveniently outside Market City, the location was easily accessible, making it a perfect spot for a refreshing beverage. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly staff members who were not only welcoming but also worked efficiently to serve the customers. Their warm demeanor added to the overall positive atmosphere of the place. When it came to the drinks, Gong Cha certainly lived up to its reputation. The beverages I ordered were exactly what I expected, with flavors that were well-balanced and refreshing. Whether it was a classic milk tea or a fruity concoction, the quality of the drinks was consistent and satisfying. Overall, my visit to Gong Cha in Haymarket was excellent. The convenient location, combined with the friendly and efficient staff, made for a pleasant experience. The drinks were delightful, meeting my expectations and leaving me thoroughly satisfied.
