I ordered from the machine, but it did not give me a receipt. I forgot my order number, but I put my name when I ordered. The staff only called the number. We thought it was not our order. She did not ask what we ordered or try to help us. She looked at us with a rude face and rolled her eyes. After other people’s orders were finished, I asked her which drink was mine and told her I did not get a receipt. She said, “There is no receipt. You have your number,” in a rude tone. The blonde girl wearing a bandana has very bad customer service. She was not friendly at all. The drink was not good either. We will not come back.

Standard pearl milk tea is thick, creamy, and nice. If there’s 25% sugar option, it’ll be perfect.

THEY SENT BLACK TEA I didn't order this!! They wrote the back of the receipt, “sorry out of oolong tea, thanks” they didn’t bother to contact me, just substituted whatever they had and sent it with spilled and damaged bag. No refund, no call, no communication at all. No help, nothing. I tried to call through and the staff are so unhelpful and unpleasant!! They even have an incorrect contact number for the Railway square central station location. They are an absolute mess of a company. Drinks and service is disgraceful, never again. Don’t waste your time here, even Gong Cha and other bubble tea places are much better!

This afternoon, we had a very unpleasant experience at this store due to an extremely rude female employee with black hair. From the moment we stood at the counter to look at the menu, she stared at us in a hostile and aggressive manner. While we were ordering, she repeatedly asked us to repeat each item more than three times, even though we were speaking clearly. After paying, we realized we had been overcharged. When we pointed this out, she did not apologize. Instead, she deliberately placed the coins directly on top of our cups, which contaminated our drinks. When we later tried to drink them, we noticed that the crush drinks contained an unusually large amount of dense small bubbles, completely different from how they normally look. Concerned about food safety, we had no choice but to throw the drinks away. This behavior was highly inappropriate and unacceptable. The issue is very serious, and we strongly suggest that management retrain this employee or take further action.
