I visited the store today, 28 June, at approximately 1:00–2:00 pm. I received very disappointing customer service from a female staff member working at the front counter. She was wearing black-framed glasses and had a fuller build. Her tone was impatient and unfriendly, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I have been a loyal Molly Tea customer for a long time and have purchased at least 40 drinks from the brand. Most of my previous experiences have been positive, which is why this particular experience was especially disappointing. I am only mentioning these physical characteristics to help management identify the staff member, as several employees were working at the time. This is not intended as a comment on her appearance. I hope management can review the staff roster or CCTV footage from that time and provide appropriate customer service training.

Stopped by Molly Tea and really enjoyed our visit. We tried the Jasmine Milk Tea and the Gardenia Milk Tea, and both were delicious, light, and refreshing. The flavors were well-balanced—not overly sweet—and tasted high quality. The shop had a great atmosphere, and the drinks were the perfect treat while exploring Sydney. We'd definitely come back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend if you're looking for a refreshing tea break!

Refreshing and flavourful drink to have at the end of a busy day in the city! Very busy as we ordered between 5-5:30pm but wait times were decent and our drinks were handed to us with care by the hardworking staff. The cheese drink range was okay, but will definitely try the more popular jasmine range next time! Price: $8-10 per drink Size: One size option only

I really love and enjoy with your jasmine tea, No matter how much I have to pay extra for delivery or extra topping.This is the second time that molly tea missing order. At the 1st time, your staff forgot to put sago in jasmine milk tea.. that I paid for extra. I sent the feedback and I got nothing from you on Uber app . This is the second time that I got no whipping cream in snowy jasmine milk tea. Please do something to make it better.

I loved my first drink. It was really goooddd, I ordered matcha last time. However, my recent order , which is today - is quite disappointing, matcha is not that strong, and tastes different. Idk, maybe it was TOOOO busy and staffs were rushing to finish the drink and disregarding the quality taste. Will try the other matcha next time. WE HAD TO WAIT 1 and a half toooo. Maybe add more staff next time?
