Charu Nagpal, your recent review is very disrespectful and not true. I was there when you were picking up the order and you weren't waiting for a long time. you talk about disrespect when you disrespected the poor girl when she was only trying to do her job. she was apologizing profusely for the small delay and you started disrespecting her and saying "you should be apologizing and not saying anything else". shame on you for not being understanding while they were understaffed and very busy. you took the time out of your day to write this review when you could've reflected on your own disrespectful behavior. she was very stressed with the many incoming orders while you were standing there just on your phone. you wrote this whole review and complained about just a mere 5 minutes. you should be ashamed of yourself Charu Nagpal.

I ordered uber milk tea with my friends from this place because of not far from my work and they didn’t do a good pack and all leaking and messy for my ordered especially we didn’t get the straws to drink with the pearls and topping in the drink. Very disappointed and couldn’t even call them about this order because they don’t have a phone number to call

Came here for lunch. Shop itself: really nice little place with hotstar and gong cha in the same place Food: the chicken is really nice. Coating good. The spice for spicy chicken are great. Side dish of curly fries is great. Only thing weird is the massive bone in them. Drink: I am not much a tea person so I grab a smoothie the strawberry and cookies one it was the best smoothie I ever had. Staff: all staff was very friendly and willing to help. Only downside to this place is the terrible chair outside if you wanna sit and eat.

Recently visited this new place in Church Street Parramatta. Newly opened. Clean. We were suppose to buy the family pack of wings in Hotstar but was unavailable. The 2 in 1 shop is such a brilliant idea. There are enough space outside to wait and chill. Gongcha, as always it doesn't disappoint. I ordered for the Mango Alisan with a Lychee add on. It was good and refreshing. Taste is just right for my tastebuds. It may need a bit of ice than the usual overall it was good. The fam ordered for the others. I tasted the Taro Milk Tea it was fine, but might need a bit of more taro flavor, sugar was just right and a bit more of ice. For the peach smoothie and cookies and cream was just fine and right for the kids. They offer selection of drinks so you might want to check out the others aside from their milk tea. Value for money 27, total 2 large drinks and 2 regular. Just right for a good treat this summer.
