T2 Tea Parramatta

I went into tea2 parramatta to purchase a stirrer for my tea. They were out of stock, which is fine. But I noticed that the counter where the products are displayed are full of rubbish inside. I love tea2 and will come back and buy their products, but not from Parramatta. The staff need to up their game. For the prices, I expect some cleanliness - especially since people purchase food products.

Spi chai deception. 125 g $22 .Salesgirl make you smell a small square crammed with spices, to showcase the " herbal tisane" . After opening the package the product itself had little smell and cheap spices. Better buy the real spices in an Indian shop and make your own chai at a fraction of the price with real ingredients.

I tried doing this review on the website but it kept saying I had "Profanity" in my review when I didn't so I had to still get this message out! Ok! I don't usually write reviews but I have too for this. A little bit of a long story so buckle up! I just got back from a month long trip visiting my sister in Australia and on my last trip (2022) she introduced me to T2. I love them! At that time I brought a glass tumbler that unfortunately broke when I got home by knocking it off my desk at work. I was devastated! This trip (Dec '25 - Jan '26) I asked to go back to get a new tumbler. She took me back, I got the teas I loved to bring back and was a little hesitant on getting glass again since clearly I cannot be trusted with these pieces of art. She happened to notice down at the bottom of the shelf there was this metal one (see photo). I love it and bought it. Soon after we (my sister, her family and I) left Sydney to go north to Emerald Beach for a holiday over Xmas. I'm Canadian so sign me up for Xmas on the beach instead of -40c! I brought the tumbler but didn't use it till the day we were leaving. Now, I'm not a huge fan of piping hot drinks so I only let the kettle go so far in

Went at 13rd May which was day before mother's day. So the store was extremely busy but all staffs was unbelievably kind and calm. 🥰 The lady who helped us mainly was really helpful to choose our wedding gift. She gave us help&guide and leave us ourselves so we can have enough time to look around, but kept her eyes on us so she could help us anytime we need it. She answered every single questions with detail guide and recommended best value wih current special and sales. We changed our mind couple of times due to bride's choice, i know normally it can makes waiting staff exhausted but she kept her beautiful smile and show us more options and designs. And we had issued with payment 🤦‍♀️(sorry again) and it delayed the queue but she calmly helped us so we can manage the issue until the payment went through. After we bought 4 sets of gifts, the lady helped with nice gift wrapping with thoughtful note on each box till the last. Great experience and wonderful customer service. Appreciate to all staffs💘

Best tea shopping experience this year! I went to T2 last week and the staff there provided an excellent service, they all greeted my friend and I when we walked in but did not further disturb us when we told them we were okay. The store is nicely decorated and has a unique scent. Not every single items have a price tag which made the shopping a little bit difficult. It’s great to see that they try to reduce the waste by asking the customer to reuse the sample cups, they made the tea look very delicious in the sample section. One staff even prepared a sample that wasn’t on display for us, and that was the best tea I’ve tasted this year! Bought three tins in the end (2 Choc Molten Marvel Loose Leaf Feature Tin, 1 Paradise Punch Loose Leaf Feature Tin), will definitely come back and get more next time. (But apparently the ones I purchased are limited edition, so I hope they will come back some day, please make choc molten marvel a permanent item I really loved that one.) (I did have problem with replicating the same taste the staff brewed in the store tho)
