I stopped in around 9pm yesterday (a full three hours before their 12am closing time) to buy red onions. There was only one bag left, and one of the onions inside was clearly rotten. When I politely asked the staff member to remove the spoiled one so I could purchase the rest, she did so but gave me a very annoyed look. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask not to pay for rotten food, especially when the store is still hours away from closing. I appreciate having a local Nepali grocery, but the customer service was disappointing this time.

I’ve been around for about 6 months and have been visiting this store during that time. The store is a bit small, but prices are low and overall it’s good. Kartik Vai is super friendly and makes customers feel comfortable. I don’t see him recently, but my experience has been positive.

I wish I could give you 0 star because of that ridiculous customer service given by that so called nepali male staff. I’ve been a regular customer and even recommended this place to friends, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The Nepali guy working there was completely unprofessional, instead of explaining item prices, he was busy chatting with his friends. Totally careless and disrespectful behaviour. Never coming back again. If you want your customer back please do terminate him.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the so-called "mutton curry" sold at your store. What you are serving is absolutely not mutton — the taste, texture, and smell are completely off. It feels like you're trying to fool customers, especially those from Nepal who know exactly what real mutton tastes like. This is not Nepal, and consumers here have rights. If needed, I will report this to the NSW Food Safety Department — and it takes just one call for them to investigate your food handling and labeling practices. Please stop misleading people with low-quality or fake products. Your current practices show a serious lack of respect for your customers. I hope you take this seriously and make immediate improvements.

I just buy a samosha which is totally rotten and i have notice a many time its not good and can cause you a food poison.i dont recommend this shop to anyone to buy such things.i have faced this thing many time but i am sorry to say this kind of shop need to be under food inspection and should be closed if not necessary action is taken. Thanks
