I got tea this morning from this store and as i just came back from my night shift i didnt even look properly took my tea paid and started drinking and as i was drinking i started to feel some kind of chunks in my mouth i thought since it was ginger tea it may be the chunk of ginger bu later when i got suspicious i opened the lid and i saw cockroach wings. Oh my god now i am feeling sick. This is really really not ok for a grocery store to be this unhygienic. I am soo disappointed. Food retailers should maintain high standards of cleanliness to ensure customer safety and confidence. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves the overall hygiene of the store.

Great Shop, the vegetables are always fresh, and they have everything I need in one place. The quality of the products is excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for fresh groceries and a great shopping experience!

I went to Grocery mate parramatta and bought few vegetables and veggie puff and samosa but puff is rotten and smelling after eating couple of bites. When we went back and informed to person over counter instead of acknowledging it he was arguing that it is not spoilt and we are lying for refund. Pathetic service.

Really happy to see a Nepalese grocery store open in this area—it’s great to find everything I need in one place. The variety and availability of products are excellent. The only thing I feel could be improved is the customer service. It would make the shopping experience even better if staff could greet or atleast smile at customers. Otherwise, very happy to have this store nearby!
