Tsoogii provided outstanding customer service while helping me find a pair of boots I was after. Even though the system showed only one item in stock—which usually means there’s little chance of finding it—she went out of her way to search for it and successfully tracked it down. Having worked in retail myself, I really appreciated the extra effort and dedication she showed.

The men's section had only one person at the cash But they were still very helpful and friendly Thank you for being so patient even tho there were quite a few customers waiting. Definitely much much better than the paramatta store which was a complete mess. Not blaming the staff. The customers in parramatta didn't seen to care about courtesy at all.

Wow! What an impressive store! So much stock available. It is equipped with an upstairs and all. Not too bloody shabby at all really! Good sale racks and staff on floor to assist with enquiries

I had a great shopping experience at H&M. The store offers a wide variety of trendy and affordable clothing for all occasions. Everything was well-organized, making it easy to browse, and the quality of the items I purchased was impressive for the price. The staff was helpful, and the checkout process was smooth. Nice collection of the range and fantastic merchandise. Received great customer service during our visit today at the ground floor cash counter, however at the men's section the staff member was working (male, Asian appearance) was not very welcoming and didn't really assisted with the requested questions. Maybe he was having a bad day.
