My optometrist Marlin Yousef was exceptionally professional in her examination providing clear explanations for everything. She was exceptional in the clarity of her explanations and in referring me to a suitable specialist. In addition she painstakingly removed a number of ingrowing eyelashes with both patience and dexterity. I have seldom been treated with such amazing professionalism.

I had a great Great experience at HCF Eyecare Bondi Junction. The optical dispenser Stephen Luu was very helpful. Great advice & customer service. Every pair of glasses is matched with expert fitting and ongoing care. Cheers

I phoned recently (is there an online option??) to reorder some contacts. Spoke to Brandon. He quoted $195. A short time later he left a voicemail (which I've archived) saying the cost would in fact be $135, because my prescription consists "of two different lens" (one for each eye). That's been my script for some 20 years, so I'm surprised he didn't pick up on that straight away. However, when I arrived to collect the lens a few days later, was told the cost was $165. $195? $135? $165? What's wrong with these people? Have you ever seen a more INEPT organisation? The discrepancy, according to Brandon, was because my prescription consists "of two different lens". Something he'd already reiterated. But this hardly explains HCF Eye's "lucky-dip" pricing structure. Having been a so-called customer for 20 years, you'd think they'd know by now who I am, what my script is, and what the correct cost is. Extremely poor service.

All team there offered amazing services！New Receptionist was polite and passed the optometrist my request for 2nd opinion on My new glasses made at HCF Chatswood which had an issue of Poor visions. Optometrist who rechecked my eye gave me all the detailed information why prescription is like that and opinions what they can do to fix glasses with poor visions. Her second suggestion reached me to Billie at their Glasses sales area.He has experience with strong eye prescriptions clients and knew what to do. Magic hand. He fixed my glasses visions just adjusting the frame. I was so impressed and so happy now I can see clear incl 1.5 m away distance. Appreciated on their kind support. They listened me patiently and solved the matter in front of me. They didn't let me leave their shop with poor vision like HCF Chatswood did 2 days prior to this.

The medical professions, and when I say that I mean the optometrist are fine, but I can't abide the front counter staff. Contact lens orders are always messed up (for instance I ask for a 12 month, they give a 6 months supply instead!!) and sometimes the receptionist, who is a new person every time we go in, is rude or abrupt. Makes me wonder if a family owned eye care professional might be better??
