An Exceptional Team That Truly Makes a Difference I cannot thank the wonderful team at headspace enough for the incredible care, support and guidance they have provided to my granddaughter. From the very beginning, the team has shown such professionalism, compassion, patience and genuine care. Their understanding and dedication have made a truly wonderful and positive difference in her life. I've been going for several years now and while the waits for therapy and more difficult to get treatments is long, I found the receptionists, GPs and therapists they have all kind and helpful. I've waited less at headspace than at private practitioners for treatments and found the same level of care. Overall, all staff are really trying their best to help everyone.

I asked to be diagnosed at 15 but was told I was too young and they gave me a planner and told me emotions change. I have bpd now😳
