Melissa blends warmth, compassion and professionalism with a uniquely reassuring and confident energy, giving us the faith in knowing that everything will be looked after... and it was... our father's end of life service was tended to with such detail, grace and care. Melissa brought out the spark and vibrancy of our father in the way she spoke about him and delivered the ceremony. We are very grateful for her presence during this difficult time.
