Hi everyone, I just wanted to give Alexa at Private Cremations a big shout out. She was amazing ,professional and so helpful at a very stressful time and under very unusual circumstances .Alexa managed to fix an emergency situation during the Xmas period and we all know that everything shuts down then but Alexa got it done. Alexa demonstrated so much kindness and Empathy during my difficult time. One of the reasons I chose Private Cremation Services was her thorough knowledge of the end-of-life process. I felt comfortable in the knowledge that I was in expert hands. She knew what she was talking about and made it easy for me. Most of us have no idea what to expect, and it was reassuring to have a professional and caring person to guide us. She went above and beyond her role, doing many things for me that I am very grateful for. Her manner on the phone was so calming and caring - I knew I had chosen the right person for the job. I cannot speak highly enough of Private Cremation Services. Alexa is the most caring and compassionate person and is perfect for the job she does. Ours was a very difficult process and Alexa guided me through with patience and sincerity. This is not just a job or a business for her - she honestly cares and understands. There should be 10 stars! We hired Private cremation services recently when both of my parents-in-law passed in quick succession. I cannot fault their service for reliability, communication and value. Although I had very little face to face contact with Alexa, I felt that she was giving us genuine personal service and compassion, whilst remaining professional. It’s services like this that are very much appreciated at what is otherwise a sad, challenging and busy time.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Alexa went above and beyond for me and my family. I can honestly say that I would have been lost handling my sisters cremation without Alexa there to help me. No only is she affordable but she genuinely cares about her clients and their loved ones. We need more people like her to make such a hard time just a little bit easier. So I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

Alexa came to me highly recommended and I'm so grateful she was there to help deal with everything after my mother died, from handling all the paperwork to organising the memorial. She has such a lovely manner - as well as being highly professional, she's so friendly and sensitive and wise, and it was always a pleasure and very reassuring to talk to her. The whole process felt like the best collaboration - she was as determined as I was that Mum's farewell would be just right for her, and it absolutely was. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I have been truly amazed at Alexa's work through this hard time and can't thank her enough. I called a dozen companies and not only was Alexa the only one to call back but the best price. Straight away I felt at ease and she gave me a clear path to follow without any push. She then did everything and I had to do was fill out some forms which she rang to assist with. Then she delivered my dads ashes to my house which was above and beyond for what she charges. You're an angel and the family thank you Ben Cawood

Alexa was wonderful and kind at this sad time, she took the first step of our grieving in hand. Our dear friend had exactly what we had discussed in his life. I recommend Private Cremation Services to friends, one of which has had to use it since, she was also very grateful for the careful and kind way everything was handled with her loved one. We still have a long way to go, as far as grieving and sorting all the other matters concerned with a death, but the important part was done by Alexa, who made things so much easier.
