Claudia, Marissa, and Frank make an exceptional team. They exceeded our expectations during a very difficult time for our family. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they kept us well informed every step of the way. We met or contacted two other funeral directors before we found Mr Pauly Earthing, Your Funeral Consultant at WN Bull Funerals at Newtown. In contrast to the previous two, we decided to go with Pauly straight away becuase he provided us with an excellent customer service in our most difficult situation. Pauly went many extra miles to accommodate our specific cultural and religious requirements for the funeral ceremony held at Castlebrook Memorial Park Rouse Hill, NSW. My family and I are very grateful to WN Bull Funerals for their professional and compassionate service. They helped us arrange a beautiful and personalised funeral for my mother, who passed away earlier this month. They were very attentive to our needs and preferences, and they handled everything with care and respect. They also specialise in Catholic funerals, which was important for our family. My wife died just short of a month ago. Both my parents were buried with WN Bull in attendance. At that time a visit was made to their home but I had to go into Newton to make the arrangements. I assume this is at the behest of the new management. Non-the-less I was most impressed with the kindness and professionalism shown when they came to our home, at the office, and at the graveside. I would like to thank Angela, Mark, and ?Thyme (sorry) for their care at a most difficult time for me.

My Dad passed away suddenly in early January. WN Bull did a great job helping me with his funeral arrangements and other documentation surrounding his death. Sharna in particular was always helpful, friendly and very sincerely sympathetic, she really was a wonderful guide our path in preparation for the funeral. We had a viewing and they had to make special arrangements for us and were incredibly respectful to my Dad's body and to us as his family too. The funeral Mass was beautiful, WN Bull provides a car service as part of its costs to get you to the funeral on time on the day, this was so helpful while we were grieving and didn't have our own transport. They showed up early to the church and set up beautiful and were very responsive to our requests. Their offices are beautiful, they are historical, very clean and well kept, with a beautiful chapel available for viewings and funerals. I really couldn't recommend them more.
