The admin staff are beyond lovely and were the highlight of my experience but the neurologist was not competent at all. I went in with weakness, numbness and jolts in my arm and I was given an incomplete MRI referral and later found out he sent my GP a letter saying it was just anxiety. An ultrasound has found nerve thickening and inflammation which apparently is relatively common and I am now receiving proper care from other peogessionals. I don't know what mix of bias and incompetence led to the letter that was sent but I do know to never go there ever again.

I took one client from my work as he had appointments at 1 pm and we arrived 12:30pm for 1 pm appointment and we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and when I tried to talk to receptionist that we waited that long, instead of listening to us she was shouting that I didn’t made the appointment and you guys were early but I told her I am just wanted to ask but why are you so rude and said oh my goodness. For God seek if you are not happy with your job don’t take out on people.

If I could give 0 stars I would the receptionist is an absolute rat. Has no respect for where she is both of them acting as if they’re in a beauty salon. Rude and so unprofessional. Not to the mention the Dr acts as if he graduated from primary the day before, please do your selves a favour and do not go here

I am a cardio patient of Dr Shazad, the nurse did not bother getting my height and my weight although the receptionist asked her to get the weighing scale. She put gel on my chest for an ultra sound of my heart ,( echo test). When it's finished she asked me to take off all the stickers in my chest and clean my self. And worst of all, she's not even wearing a deodorant. Very unprofessional.

No star receptionist is so rude I can’t believe she actually works there. Sitting in the waiting area I could see so many upset clients. My appointment took 3 months to actually get into the dr, when I was there the lady at the reception was giving appointments within the month. Very unhappy ☹️
