Came in for an appointment, had to wait a bit, so I wasn't happy in the beginning. Was taken care of by Katie Moore, she knew I was going to be late for my next appointment, so she did everything concise and fast. Very pleased with her service. She made sure all my questions were answered, provided relevant information and made sure everything was taken care of, before I left.

We have held a Premier account in HKG for 14 years. It was extremely useful when working overseas as it has the facility to hold multiple currencies within the account. We now no longer require it and don’t travel to HKG, so in October we commenced the process of closing the account. This proved very difficult when we were unable to attend our HKG branch in person. Finally we were directed to have a local branch authenticate all our documents and assist. We were dubious after reading the reviews of Bondi Junction. However we were very pleasantly surprised. The welcome was warm and efficient. Our wait time to be assisted was minimal. We fortunately worked with Manon Drouillat, a Personal Banking Consultant, who went out of her way to problem solve and send all authenticated documents to our Relationship Manager in HKG. Hopefully HKG now facilitates our account closure as Manon was an excellent advocate and restored our faith in the bank.

I rang (and also came into the bank in person) to sort an issue and was initially confronted with quite unhelpful service on both fronts. Once Branch Manager Roland caught wind of the situation, he went above and beyond to ensure that needs were met. He personally talked me through my situation and then directed me to another member of staff who was also very helpful.

Went to this branch & surprisingly, they served other customers who came later than me. I requested for term deposit break but NO update given to me. The maturity date still the same.. In terms of waiting, I have NO idea why they don't have waiting number system. They are completely LOST of who came 1st, who serve 1st. At 1st I thought this bank is just high class one, but sadly... their service quality is zero. Customer service is poor, call centre is poor, friendliness is zero. Once my term deposit matured, I will definitely close my account from this bank.
