A big thank you to Alfred Aderibigbe for his professionalism and customer service skills. Alfred was extremely helpful in sorting out a banking issues for me.. Alfred was kind, and patient, spending a lot of time with me and making numerous calls until the issue was resolved. Alfred spent extra time working through his break and finishing over half an hour past his finish time to ensure that I left the branch with the issue sorted. Can't thank Alfred enough for his dedication to customer service. I left the branch feeling very positive and satisfied with my experience.

Avoid at all costs. After being locked out from paying rent via my bank account, was told that a copy of a birth certificate wouldn't work and that I needed a 40 year old piece of paper mailed down by my parents. The kicker is, the bank manager (Max Tan) came out while there was a long line and offered to help anyone who was looking for a home loan Literally cannot believe he would try that nonsense while the two ladies at the entrance struggled to assist a massive line Find another bank, or another branch , unless of course you are looking for an hour to waste for literally nothing whilst being unable to spend your own money while the manager looks for his next commission.

Don’t bother banking here. The systems are so slow and outdated. I was trying to access my son’s money to invest elsewhere and after one hour of calls (3 with customer service and 2 with the verification team) I was told I had to go into a branch. Such a waste of one hour of my time when the first person could have just said that instead of a game of tennis between arms of the business who clearly do not communicate properly. Do yourself a favour and take your money somewhere else.

Came to get some information on different savings accounts and financial advice. Anthony Tan took great care of me. He was very professional, helpful and he really cared about the small details. I felt his service was non-transsctional and kept trying to find the best solution based on my various permutations. Went in with a lot of questions, left very happy.

Bank here if you like losing money and being belittled. My husband and I went to use their coin deposit machine, he had been banking with them since he was 12 years old. We had been keeping a piggy bank in our house since we don't like to carry coins around - well the piggy bank was full so it was time to deposit. I had roughly counted them before we left and determined it to be around $400. As we were emptying them into the machine, it kept timing out, so we kept pressing continue. When all the coins were in, the machine showed it to be about $450. Then it timed out again, so we pressed continue but the screen froze up. I walked over to one of the staff to ask for help, and suddenly the screen flickered back, but was now showing only $200. We explained what had happened to the staff member, but she immediately interrupted us to tell us it wasn't their machine and there was nothing she could do. At the time we were tight on money, and $250 was a lot for us. So we asked her what our options were. After trying to blow us off and realizing that we were going to persist, she hesitantly offered to lodge an inquiry for us, since the machine was apparently owned by a third party. Accord
