I lost a bracelet last night that is very special to me as it was a gift from my sister. I wasn’t sure where I had dropped it, so I started calling all the places I had visited. Saajan answered my call and was very kind and helpful. He took the time to check the CCTV footage and even contacted the staff member who was working the evening before. The staff had actually found it. Saajan called me back to let me know, which was such a relief. I really appreciate the effort he made to help me and to the staff who found my bracelet and kept it safe. Thank you team.

Bad customer service no awareness of people waiting. Very off putting to have others also cut in happily also, higher awareness is needed in bottleshop workers. Won’t be returning

This review has been edited and took out 2 stars since the retailer doesn't want to stock up on the good beers and red wines they were stocking up on. Their fridges are old and the doors are ruined which are not chilling the drinks as well. Prices have gone up as well. Hope to see an improvement soon.

With a Dan Murphys nearby any bottle shop is going to have to work hard to compete with the selection and pricing of their competitors and this place does a good job of it. Located right next door to the Ritz Hotel, it's not the biggest bottle shop you'll walk in to but the prices are right and the staff are always friendly. They've got all the necessities so unless you're after something obscure they'll probably have what you need at the right price. Give them a go and you'll see what I mean.
