Never go here. The person working at 5pm today has clearly never heard of anti-perspirant. The entire store smells, I literally had to walk out

Showed my ID but still got asked again within 5 minutes. Felt unnecessary and annoying. Seems like they’re trained only to ask for IDs rather than provide good customer service. Won’t be coming back.

Such a horrible service! We understand the importance of ID But, Why do you guys need physical ID in this digitalize world. When i asked,they dont have no absolute answer and it is being told that digital ID might be/could be modified? What? They literally even know someone's over 20, but they're very good at acting. Infront of them, even the top world actors can flop. Additionally, owner must show serious concern in this matter. Ive read others review, all your customer are facing same problems with ID. OTHERWISE, Please post a signage saying no entry without physical ID at the entrance. You go in bring the alcohol and while showing ID in phone, they only insist on physical ID and you need to get out, leaving stuff. Please train your staff most importantly.

I went to buy liquor with my digital ID but they denied service. There is no such rules to deny a digital photo ID. Disgusting service. Please train your staffs on liquor sales rules. It was a complete bully.

I recently visited Liquor land and had an unfortunate experience. Despite being 25 years old, I was told I appeared underage and was refused service. I presented my valid ID on my phone, but staff informed me that they do not accept digital identification and require a physical card. While I understand the importance of responsible service and ID verification, it's disappointing that digital IDs are not accepted, especially in a time when many people choose not to carry physical cards for convenience and security. It would be helpful if this policy was made clearer at the entrance
