Another amazing stay! Stayed several times and staff were even able to fulfil my room request. Rooms clean and quiet, well serviced. Breakfast was very good, coffee plentiful. Was staying for conference and meals at conference were hot, flavourful and plenty. Staff were amazing during entire stay. Look forward to coming back for next year's conference. Would benefit from water/ice machine in the tower end (long way to get ice) and update to TV to be able to log into streaming services. Install USB-C charging ports & a pillow menu (i had to take my own).

Staff are lovely and the room was clean and comfortable - but the feel of staying in a 5 star hotel was missing. The robe in our room was worn out, hair dryer had finger prints all over it, and the notepad was used. The extra attention to detail and upkeep would make a big difference.

Fast check in and great location. Everything in the Sydney CBD is within easy walking distance. Thank you for the free upgrade when we checked in. Room was a nice size with fabulous views over Darling Harbour. Good bar facilities on Level 14 with Zephyr Bar. Showers was hot with good pressure. Bed was plush with good pillows and blankets. Room was clean. Filtered water was within easy reach near the lifts. Check out can get busy at 11am. All in all it was a good stay at a comfortable and centrally located hotel.

5 star everything! I am so grateful and impressed by the outstanding customer service we received. All of the staff we encountered were so kind and helpful! Location was perfect, with access to darling harbour from the restaurant. The room was stylish and clean. Everything you could need was supplied. I took full advantage of the room service and that was also a 10/10. You get what you paid for. Thankyou so much Hyatt Regency Staff, you are amazing.
