I’ve been going to I-MED Radiology Newtown for years and it’s always a great experience. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, and Rebecca, who has been doing my scans over the last few years, is an absolute delight. Very calm and makes you feel at ease through the whole scanning procedure. A special thank you to her — everyone is so professional and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic!

The receptionist was welcoming and explained the forms that I needed to fill in. Moving on to the scan, not only professional but the radiologist explained the procedure, and guided me through it. A brain scan is quite challenging, not because of the procedure and technology, but the reason for referral has been playing on my mind. A calm, patient friendly and supportive team really helps

Reception staff were so rude not just when I went in to book a mammogram but I went in to have it done as well. They mucked me around, the first time to book the appointment (they huffed and puffed) then the second time to have the scan done which never happened anyway. Now I have to try and arrange it around a new job etc, happy days! I can hardly wait to attempt to do it all again

Well managed interaction with staff pre-visit – given instructions on how to prep prior to the visit. Attended site – front of house staff efficient, attended interaction with technician quickly; scanned completed in steps, very efficiently and was advised by technician when report would be sent to my doctor. I completed the transaction for the scam and left quickly.

I had a horrible experience here, I came in for an mri with my mother, had explained on the phone that I would need assistance being able to get on the table as I had a dislocated knee and they had said my mother would be able to help me. When I got there she was not able to help me on to the table instead I had 2 staff members put me on a wheelchair and take off my brace and hold my leg in the air. I was in excruciating pain during this, the lady holding my leg was giving it no support/almost dangling it. As they were putting me on the table they lifted the table, yet she didn’t lift my dislocated knee at the same time. I asked her to hold it with two hands as I felt there was no support and it felt like it was going to pop out of place again. She told me her back was sore and she couldn’t hold my leg with two hands, as the doors opened to take me back out to the reception area, my mother was standing there and she immediately put both hands on my leg to support it better. Following the results of my mri, I have 2 fractures and the ligament has ripped off my patella, meaning that if I bend my knee even the slightest it will dislocate again. I don’t believe I was shown any compassi
