For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, is it busy at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. Australian cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon, while restaurants and pubs run lunch and dinner services with a quiet spell in between, so an off-peak visit is worth a quick call. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere; some venues add a surcharge on weekends and public holidays.

Parramatta is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Parramatta follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The falooda was outstanding! Perfectly sweet, beautifully presented, and incredibly refreshing. Every spoonful was delicious. Easily one of the best faloodas Iβve had. Highly recommended! If youβre craving authentic street-style vada pav, this is the place! Fresh, crispy, spicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was delicious. Iβll definitely be back for more!

Ice cream, but make it South Asian π¨ If youβre looking for dessert flavors that's different, Icy Spicy needs to be on your radar. They serve up incredible traditional South Asian profiles that you will never find at Messina. What We Smashed: π― Gulab Jamun β A traditional Indian dessert of soft, syrup-soaked dough balls but in a flavoured ice cream. πͺ΅ Kaju Anjeer β A rich, nutty blend of roasted cashews and sweet dried figs. The Verdict: Pairing warm, syrupy Gulab Jamun flavoured ice cream with the Kaju Anjeer is the real standout if you want your taste buds to adventure to South Asia. Itβs a sweet and deeply satisfying mix that has perfect balance of nutty crunch and chewy fig sweetness.

We ordered pav bhaji, fried rice, Manchurian, and a Kathi roll. The service was extremely slow throughout the entire visit. It took more than 40 minutes for the pav bhaji to arrive, and despite specifically requesting toasted pav, it was served raw. The bhaji quantity was also exceptionally small β not even enough for the two pavs provided. After that, we waited another 20 minutes for the fried rice, which arrived without the Manchurian. By the time the Manchurian was finally served, we had already finished eating the rice. Unfortunately, the Manchurian tasted quite bad and was not crispy at all. The Kathi roll then took another 15 minutes to arrive. Considering the prices are not cheap, the portion sizes were very disappointing across all dishes. We were also informed by the staff member that there was only one person managing both the kitchen and serving, while handling six delivery orders at the same time, which clearly affected the dine-in experience.

I recently visited this ice cream parlour and had a really enjoyable experience. The variety of flavors was impressive, ranging from classic options to unique and creative combinations. The texture of the ice cream was smooth and creamy, and you could tell it was made with quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and patient, even when it got busy, and they helped me choose a flavor I ended up loving. The ambience was clean, cozy, and perfect for hanging out with friends or family.
