Had a great experience at Pappa Flock Parramatta! The food was really good and the service was even better. Ariana was especially amazing, she was super kind, welcoming and had great hospitality throughout the whole visit. She made us feel really comfortable and looked after us really well. Definitely recommend Pappa Flock and especially Ariana for her amazing service she deserves the best of the best and definitely a promotion next to business owner or smth she has to be like the best worker deserves to be like a boss Ariana is lowkey da best and deserves 1000 promotions

I had an amazing experience with Ariana. She is one of the kindest, most caring, and genuinely friendly employees I've ever met. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Ariana is professional, patient, and always has a positive attitude. She treats every customer with respect and kindness, and it's clear that she truly cares about providing the best possible service. Her warm personality and willingness to help made my experience exceptional. Employees like Ariana are rare, and she is a true asset to the team. I can't recommend her highly enough. My favourite fried chicken spot ever. In my opinion it mogs fried brothers and kfc in terms of tenders. Extremely crispy well seasoned and delicious. Ive eaten here so many times and will continue to do so. The best part is it doesn't feel like you're demolishing junk food. It feels a lot cleaner than some of the other spots mentioned in this review.

Pappa Flock has quickly become one of my favourite spots for chicken in Sydney. The chicken tenders are exactly what you’d hope for – super crispy, golden on the outside and tender, juicy inside. You can really taste the quality, and they don’t skimp on portions either. The Flock Box is a must-try. It’s got everything in one – seasoned chips, buttery toast, their signature Pappa Flock sauce (seriously addictive), and a drink of your choice. I also tried the lemonade which is made fresh in-store – so refreshing and the frozen option is perfect on a hot day. The atmosphere is casual and fun, great for catching up with friends or even a quick meal with family after a game or outing. Service was friendly, and the food came out fresh and hot even though the store was busy. Overall, it’s not just about the chicken here – it’s the whole experience. Delicious food, good vibes, and something a little different from the usual fast-food chains. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu, especially the new loaded fries!

Good food, good service. Food was fresh, salad was crisp, lemonade was cold, refreshing & generous. Their signature sauce is a must for dipping. Ordered the loaded fries, spicy tenders, Kale salad box and wrap. All served fresh and hot. They mention they use Lilydale chicken, so it is #Halal.
