I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend, and the whole experience was excellent. The delivery was fast and right on time, and the flowers looked even better in person than in the photos. Everything was beautifully arranged and very fresh. My girlfriend was absolutely delighted — it made her day. Thank you, Inbloom Florist Chatswood, for the great service and quality. I’ll definitely order again.

I ordered flowers, champagne and chocolates for my daughter’s birthday. I asked Nitta to do a freestyle arrangement using her favourite colour, lillac/purple. We are absolutely thrilled with this arrangement, just so beautiful. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Very creative. Everything arrived as ordered. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Came to the shop needing a posey in a short time frame. The florist was able to craft a stunning, divine-smelling bouquet that fit within my budget and was incredibly well received. As well as complimented by anyone who got to smell or see it. Grateful!

I ordered a bouquet for my mum’s birthday two days in advance. I expected it to arrive in the morning, but I acknowledge that this was my mistake — I assumed ordering earlier would result in earlier delivery, rather than their same-day delivery by 1pm policy. That said, the communication and delivery timing were disappointing. I called at 11am and was told the delivery would arrive between 1:00–1:30pm. When it still hadn’t arrived, I called again at 1:45pm, only for the flowers to be delivered after 2:35pm. Unfortunately, the bouquet itself was also underwhelming. The flowers did not look fresh and looked nothing like the picture shown online, which was disappointing given it was for a birthday. Overall, the late delivery, inconsistent updates, and quality of the flowers did not meet expectations.
