I’ve also had to do exchanges and refunds before, and Sara handled everything smoothly and without any hassle. Best smiggle ever! The friendliest staff ever. I have been chasing a product through DFO, parramatta, Bondi, and the difference in customer service is gigantic! Big thanks to staff here ( Tara) and in Chatswood chase.
