Had a great experience at Kidstuff Chatswood thanks to Farrel. I was choosing two gifts for my friends’ kids and wasn’t sure what to get, but he was extremely patient and took the time to introduce different options and make helpful recommendations. Even though it was already around closing time (6pm), he was still very friendly and willing to help without rushing us. Really appreciate the great customer service at Chatswood kidstuff

The staff Prisha P has attitude problem and very impatient with customers. As a customer I have a right to make my choice of what to buy. You do not rush me to buy something that I don't want or like. I walked out because she was rushing me to buy something that I don't even like. Kidstuff just lost a sale because of her below ordinary impatient attitude. Not coming back again

I went on Monday for a Christmas present for my boy and was helped out by a sweet young lady who gift wrapped it in a pinch. Was exactly what I was looking for because every other place was sold out. wonderful service. : )

The male staff (sorry I forget his name) was extremely friendly and helpful!! I bought a horse ride toy for my friends’ boy’s birthday. It was a big toy with irregular shape (a horse head and a riding robe). The staff spend a long time figuring out how to do a perfect wrap for me. I am really appreciate for this 🩷
