I’ve been a loyal customer of Industrie for years, having spent well over $1,000 on their clothing. Unfortunately, I’ve had to withdraw my support for the brand following a recent experience with their customer service. I reached out regarding a garment that developed holes after standard wear. Despite the significant amount of money I’ve invested in their products, they were quick to dismiss the issue, blaming "localized wear" without any proper investigation. It is incredibly disappointing to see a brand I once valued show such little regard for quality control or long-term customer relationships. If you encounter a fault with their products, do not expect any support or accountability from their team. I won’t be shopping here again and wanted to warn others to look elsewhere for quality and service.

The manager, female staff and quality and design of the clothing is excellent, however there is one (male) staff member who is borderline rude, stuffs clothes into bags and has, on two separate occasions neglected to remove the security tag, meaning item of clothing cannot be worn and I have to make another trip to the shop. DO YOUR JOB. I shouldn’t have to check before I leave the store!

Amy and Vicki were stars, picked us out a few slay fits. Totally rebuilt my wardrobe in 1 sitting. Will be back due to their excellent service

Great quality clothing and even better staff here!! The blonde girl working, Hollie I believe, was so sweet and helpful by giving me suggestions on what would look good for the upcoming summer. Definitely will be coming back!! Ask for her if you go

Went into the store just to waste some time, but the items in there were actually really good. I knew what I liked, but the store assistant, Laura, helped me figure out the right size and spent time making sure everything was a good fit for me. She also recommended and successfully sold me pants to go with the tops I liked, and she was honest when something didn’t look quite right. I’m a sales trainer myself, and I can confidently say she has excellent natural customer service and sales skills. Thank you, and great job!
