Amazing customer service! I had a mix up with my order in store (mistakes happen so completely understandable) and they went above and beyond to make sure it was rectified so I had a nice running outfit for City2Surf. Hannah the Penrith store manager was in store to help and she was so kind and attentive🤍🤍 Recommended to my friends and they have already been in store and purchased! And also said how amazing the clothing is.

I’ve been to LSKD Bondi Junction couple of times and honestly just had the best experiences. From the second you walk in, the vibe is super welcoming without being over the top. The team are easy to chat to and actually know their stuff, not just about the products but the brand as a whole, which makes a difference. Zack, the store manager, stood out - immediate bond. You can tell he genuinely cares - he took the time to walk me through things properly and gave honest advice instead of just trying to sell me whatever. Didn’t feel pushy at all, just helpful in all ways. End of the day, yeah the gear’s great, but what made it for me was the instore experience. Feels like they back what they’re selling and want you to leave with something that’s right for you.

The customer service in this store is a 15/10 the staff were so welcoming and kind && had amazing recommendations like the journal which I picked up. I couldn’t be more thankful for the service and Nina really did make my whole day. Thank you LSKD you’ve gained a new loyal customer 💕

Great customer service by Cindy! I came near closing time but her service didn't feel rushed at all. Love all the sports apparel, they all felt very smooth and buttery. Check out their sales rack and you might find some hidden treasures. Happy that I got a redeem a free duffel bag with minimum spend. Hope to be back again.
