We had a very helpful shop assistant who helped us through checkout at Uniqlo, Bondi Junction. Rian, was also very helpful and friendly, issuing us with the canvas carry bag being issued as gifts for in store purchases.

Turned up at 5:50, picked out two pairs of pants and just wanted to quickly try them on before buying one. Literally 10 seconds after announcing they were closing, I stepped into the change room and asked if I could quickly try them on. Would’ve taken 30 seconds max. Staff immediately said no because “we’re closed”. No flexibility whatsoever. Didn’t care about making a sale, didn’t care about the customer, just desperate to clock off at exactly 6pm. I said I’m obviously not buying pants without trying them on first, and instead of handling it like a normal person, the guy got aggressive and basically chased me out of the store. Absolute joke of a shopping experience. Overpriced polyester rubbish and terrible service to match. Won’t be coming back.

I’ve spent $140 on 4 tops in castle hill store & after 3 days I’ve tried to return 2 items with proof of purchase due to the incorrect size (also, no larger sizes available in store) I was told I have to go back to the original store as they (Bondi Store) won’t provide a full refund but exchange only. 1 star is too good for their services :-(

Long time purchased at Uniqlo and absolutely love the quality and facilities there. One thing that does baffle me and hence the low rating is the fact you can’t facilitate a refund at any other Uniqlo stores besides the one you purchased from. I wanted to exchange 3 items but the store in Bondi did not have stock of one of them. I then requested a refund and was informed i will need to take it into mid city to facilitate that. For such a big brand, this is not a great customer experience.

A great store that always has everything I'm looking for. Friendly staff and good service. I regularly buy clothes from here and couldn't be happier. The store is of decent size, so has everything I need when I look for it. There are about a million change rooms too, so you will never be waiting for one. I made a return plus an exchange at the same time once, and it was done quickly and the staff knew exactly how to process the payment etc.. Will always recommend this place for anyone looking for clothes; great quality but also well-priced.
