Mixed experience... Sometimes it looks like overstaffed and while doing so, I feel like some of them miss out of giving good customer service. However, this time; I was amazed by their service. Assisted me very well

Industrie Parramatta absolutely dreadful disgusting customer service from all the girls today Saturday 7th February- my partner & I were in there for 40 minutes trying on loads of clothes, getting correct sizes and making sure they were a comfortable perfect fit. Once we had a few items, two of the girls put them aside at the counter as we were going to purchase them while we shopped for even more items. We finished & bought items to counter and asked for the ones they put aside as well and they completely lost all our items or incompetently put them all back on shelves!!!! We were very frustrated and asked them to find them but nope- so we had to try find them all AGAIN and try ALL on again- taking a further 30 minutes! We were absolutely disappointed and disgusted with their attitude and no care customer service We eventually bought all items after the mess and big stuff around and simply asked for a free drink bottle for compensation and she said Nah sorry I’ll be complaining to head office- they should be replaced with respectful employees

I visited Industrie Clothing in Parramatta a few weeks ago and purchased a few clothing items, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff didn’t greet me at all — no hello, no smile, and not even basic acknowledgment, even when I was paying at the counter. It honestly felt like I was standing in between robots. Good customer service makes a big difference, and it felt like they weren’t interested in helping or engaging with customers. I won’t be returning to this store again.

I recently visited the Industrie clothing section at Myer Parramatta, feeling overwhelmed about what to wear to a party that evening. Thankfully, I was assisted by Belinda, the manager of the section, whose professionalism and warmth turned my shopping experience around. Belinda attentively listened to my concerns and guided me through various outfit options, explaining how different pieces complemented each other. Her patience was remarkable she never once showed frustration despite my numerous questions and the multiple outfits I tried on. Instead, she remained enthusiastic and supportive, ensuring I found the perfect outfit for my event. She even went to the extent to call other stores to find available sizes. Her dedication to customer service is truly commendable. Belinda went above and beyond to make me feel confident and well-prepared for my night out. It's rare to encounter such genuine care and expertise in retail, and I believe her efforts deserve recognition. Thank you, Belinda, for your exceptional assistance. Your team is fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented leader.
