I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and I genuinely enjoyed every single moment of my stay. I was celebrating my birthday, and the team made it extra special by surprising me with a birthday cake and a bottle of Prosecco waiting in my room. Such a thoughtful touch! My room was on the 10th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up every morning to the Harbour Bridge was unforgettable. The facilities were fantastic—the gym and pool were both 10/10. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of high-quality food, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. From check-in to check-out, everyone made me feel so welcome. I truly loved my stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

A stunning Vivid Sydney getaway at a newly refreshed InterContinental We just spent a long weekend at the InterContinental Sydney during Vivid and had a truly great experience. We’ve stayed here a few times before, but this was our first visit since the interior renovation — and it’s immaculate. The refresh elevates an already iconic hotel. Breakfast was beautiful with an excellent spread, and the staff were attentive and genuinely warm. The Club Lounge really stood out. Afternoon tea and the evening canapés were flawless, with professional, polished service throughout. A special mention to Sophia at High Afternoon Tea in the lounge — her service was exceptional. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel effortless. This was a perfect getaway and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the entire team for making our Vivid weekend so memorable. We will be back again.

Absolutely Awesome... Fabulous, friendly & helpful service. The Club Manager was amazing, she was friendly, welcoming & made us feel special 💕 The whole hotel, gym & our room were spotless. The views from our room, The club & Aster for Breakfast were simply spectacular. The ease & the proximately to all the Sydney CBD has to offer was second to none 👍🏻 Only thing we could wish for was for the Intercontinental Sydney to have its own Beauty/Massage Spa in house... 🤞🏻 We loved it so much we are already looking at planning our next trip ! 🙏🏻
