I took up the 20% discount promo, from booking the appointment with Ryan to attending my 90mins massage with Dante, the whole process was so smooth. The massage was excellent, it focused on my aches and pain areas. I felt de-stressed afterwards. I will be taking my son there as he got clicky shoulders.

Amazing service. I consulted with Mirko and he is a great professional! When I finished the remedial massage, I immediately felt relieved like a weight was gone. And he also gave me tips for exercise and recommendations about my current workout. I will be back and will also book a session for my partner. He is great!

Great experience with Jack and the Invigor Health team. Very knowledgeable & friendly. I went in for treatment for upper back / neck & tension around my head. Even after my first session I felt significantly better. I was also provided with exercises and a plan to improve my overall posture. Would absolutely recommend.

Ryan Dorahy was my physio after ACL reconstruction and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. He’s very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to explain what’s happening and why each exercise matters. Highly recommend Ryan to anyone going through rehab, especially after knee surgery.
