I’ve been seeing Mirko regularly, and I couldn’t recommend you anyone better. I do a lot of gym training, so my muscles get tight and stiff quite often. The combination of deep tissue massage and dry needling has made a huge difference to my recovery, mobility, and overall performance.

After twelve weeks with an annoying shoulder issue, I finally decided to reach out to Kenny, after a thorough investigation, he worked out the issue, he recommended dry needling, which I undertook, no pain at all! It was my first time having dry needling. I thoroughly recommend Kenny and his team, and I urge those of us over sixty with niggling issues to get them sorted out sooner rather than later.

I’ve been seeing Kenny for neck, back, and related nerve pain, and the improvement has been huge. He takes the time to properly understand the issue and combines treatment with really helpful advice and practical ways to manage it day to day.
