I’ve been seeing Joe Fentum for my shoulder arthritis, and he’s been fantastic. He’s taken the time to understand exactly what’s going on, explain everything clearly, and tailor my exercises to strengthen my shoulder without aggravating it. I really appreciate his practical approach and the confidence he’s given me to keep training safely. Highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive physio.

Joe Fentum from Quay Health has been an excellent physio for me. He provided a thorough assessment of my injuries and his progressive recovery and exercise plan has worked wonders. Joe took the time to fully understand my issues and progressed my recovery plan accordingly and with increased targets each visit, to help me recover. I am definitely feeling the benefits. I would highly recommend Joe.

I’ve been working with Joe following my ACL reconstruction and he’s been fantastic throughout my recovery. He’s provided great guidance and a clear structure that’s helped me progress back in the gym and to running with confidence. He’s also very responsive outside of sessions and always happy to offer advice and practical solutions whenever issues arise between appointments. Would recommend Joe if you’re looking for a new physio🙌🏼

I've worked with a lot of physios over the years and Joe fentum is the best I've worked with hands down What I appreciate most is that he genuinely adapts to what I need on the day. Sometimes that's manual treatment. Sometimes it's getting into the gym and working through new exercises that I wouldn't be able to do on my own. Sometimes it's just spending the session going over the same few home-based exercises until I've really got them down. I'm the sort of person who needs things drilled into my head, and Joe gets that. He doesn't just show me something once and expect me to remember it. If I need more guidance, he'll take the time to make sure I actually understand it and can do it properly. I've also been seeing Joe through a CTP claim, and he's been great with that. He's been helpful with reports, communication and everything that goes along with that. Plus he's a top bloke. Easy to talk to, genuinely empathetic, and clearly invested in helping me get back to where I want to be. He takes the time to understand my goals and works with me towards them. If you need a physio, definitely don't sleep on Joe!

Joe and the team at Quay Health have helped me significantly. In the past, I visited several physiotherapists without much success in my recovery. I was experiencing constant knee pain and have a diagnosis of osteoporosis, so the discomfort had been ongoing for quite some time. Since I started seeing Joe, my pain has reduced by about 50%, and I’ve been able to gradually return to training at the gym. It’s also very helpful to have access to the Virgin Active gym facilities, which really supports the rehabilitation process. A big plus is that Joe speaks Spanish fluently, which makes a huge difference for Spanish speakers in the area. I highly recommend him!
