Very unprofessional and rude staff. Extremely poor service. Save yourself never go to This clinic. Shaida the reception is the worst. They have no basic courtesy. I have email confirmation about timing. And my appointment was not arranged on time given and She was rudely telling me I have a memory loss. When I have clear confirmation of appointment time. They don’t have basic human courtesy.

I’ve generally had great experiences at ISRA Parramatta — the doctors and reception are usually very good. But today was really disappointing. I booked appointments online and came in with my family, only to be told at the desk that one doctor was unavailable and the other was running very late. We were asked to go away and come back in an hour. We did — and have been waiting another 30+ minutes with no update. The frustrating part is that the clinic clearly knew about the staffing issue beforehand. A simple call or SMS would have saved us an unnecessary trip with the whole family. And if you ask patients to return at a specific time, that should be honoured — or at least communicated proactively. Hope the management looks into improving how delays and staffing issues are communicated to patients. Otherwise a great clinic let down by poor reception management on the day.

I had to wait for almost 1.5 hrs despite booking an appointment in advance. Unfortunately, I eventually had to cancel my appointment because I could not wait any longer. Appointments should be managed more efficiently, and patients' time and circumstances should be respected. This experience was very disappointing.

My partner and i booked an appointment and were instructed to arrive 15 minutes early, which we did. Despite arriving as requested, we waited approximately 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time before being seen. While scheduling delays can occur, the wait time was notable given the request for early arrival. The doctor was polite during the consultation. However, I observed several issues related to the condition of the clinic. There was visible rubbish on the floor, noticeable dust accumulation in multiple areas, and a soft drink can on the doctor's desk. The clinic did not appear to be maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which is an important consideration in a healthcare environment. The doctor also kept using extremely unsure language, this made me lose complete confidence in this clinic. I actually wonder if these people are allowed to practice medicine and give advice ?

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at 10:50 PM with a patient needing medical attention, well within the clinic’s operating hours of 6 PM to 12 AM. Despite this, the doctor refused to see the patient because he apparently “had to leave.” What is the point of displaying clinic timings until midnight if patients can be turned away before closing time? In healthcare, professionalism and patient care should come first. Refusing to attend to a patient during official working hours is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. This experience showed a complete lack of responsibility, empathy, and respect for patients’ time and health. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone expecting reliable medical care
