I had a very disappointing experience shopping at this JD Sports store. The female manager was not polite or welcoming. After I completed my purchase, I asked for a bag. She simply said, “We don’t have any bags,” in a dismissive tone and immediately walked away to help another customer without offering any explanation or alternative. I then asked another staff member, who told me that I could actually buy a bag for $3. It was frustrating that the manager didn’t mention this option and instead made me feel ignored. On top of that, I noticed that her attitude toward other customers wasn’t polite either. She seemed cold, dismissive, and uninterested in helping people. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from someone in a management position. This experience left a very negative impression. I won’t be shopping at JD Sports again, and I hope the company provides better customer service training for its managers.

Hello I don’t leave reviews much but I just had the best experience at your store I walked in and was greeted by an employee named Ari! He was amazing he was really knowledgeable about all the products and ran me through all the options he didn’t try to sell me on the top product! On top of helping me he was also helping all the customers when he could but he was still soooo good at looking after me. Ended up buying the shoes and would go back every time to jd sports Chatswood. His services was 10/10 and deserve a promotion.

I had a very disappointing customer service experience. When I purchased the slippers, they were given to me without a box or bag, and no one informed me that a store bag would cost an additional $3. As a customer, I believe this basic information should be clearly communicated in advance. I also noticed visible scuff marks on the shoes. The staff member told me it was just dirt and briefly wiped it off before handing them back to me. This makes me question whether I was being sold a brand-new product. What made the experience worse was the dismissive attitude. It felt as though asking reasonable questions was an inconvenience to the staff. As paying customers, we are not asking for special treatment — only basic respect and professional service.

Hello We bought two pairs of shoes on Saturday and paid cash. The change supposed to be $30. However the shop assistant made a mistake and only gave us $20 (2 x $5 notes and 1 x $10 note). Unfortunately we didn’t count the notes at the time, simply took the change and put into the bag. Once we got home, we noticed the mistake. Next day, Sunday morning, I returned to the shop and explained the situation to the shop manager. The manager said there is no evidence that someone handed the wrong change. There is no cash difference for end of the day closing. Only when I raised the question if there is a camera in store, the manager said it could be an option to check. However the manager stated out right that he is too busy to deal with it and asked me to go back again on Tuesday, which is a day that a typical worker such as myself needs to go to work. For $10, I probably will not go back to JD on a day that has to be not busy for JD. It is part our fault for not checking the changes at the time. However as matter of a principle, I would like to take time and leave comment here: 1/ This is a (potential) mistake by JD staff. JD should take this seriously. 2/ As a customer, I too
