I was assisted by a young lady named Rachel, who truly made my shopping experience remarkable. Rachel was honest about a mark on the sneakers I wanted to purchase and promptly offered to order a new pair for me. Her transparency and willingness to help made all the difference. I went on kids section on 27/6/2026(around 5pm) and wanted to checkout and asked the staff(girl) who was working on kids section, to scan it for me. She said she is busy and and ask me to wait. I would be okay if she was dealing with customers but she was just fixing ( pretending) the displayed shoes and ignored me. Personally, i think if you working on retails, customers should be first priority. Even when i asked About the product she was talking rudely. Very disappointed. Poor customer service. if you not happy to do your job better you quit. Couldnot give 0 star, otherwise i would do.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I simply asked if a particular shoe size was available, and the staff member responded by telling me that I needed to “learn manners” and say “please.” I found this comment unnecessary and unprofessional. The situation became even more upsetting when the staff member stated that she would not serve us. She then spoke to her colleagues over the store microphone and appeared to instruct them not to serve us either. No customer should be treated in this manner. When I requested an apology, the manager informed me that the staff member would not be apologising. The manager’s response did not help resolve the situation and left me feeling that my concerns were not being taken seriously. I understand that staff members deserve respect, but customers also deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. This experience was embarrassing, disrespectful, and far below the standard of customer service I would expect. I hope management investigates this matter and takes appropriate action to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.

Just wanted to share my experience at JD last month. I went in to buy shoes for my husband, but the staff were very uninterested and unhelpful. When I approached a male staff member, he rudely told me to wait. I then asked about a shoe that was literally displayed in front of me, and he first claimed it wasn’t available in store. After I pointed it out, he changed his response, but then immediately said my size wasn’t available without even checking the system. As a woman of colour shopping alone, the whole interaction felt discriminatory and dismissive. Very disappointing experience to say the least. Do better!

One of the worst store i have ever been to, This incident happen on 14/12/2025, i purchased this Nike slippers and after few days the slippers got D shaped, i don’t know what the hack went wrong with this slippers and i brought back to the store and lady store manager was so rude with me, asking me for the physical receipt, who keep physical receipts with them these days, i showed her the transection on my mobile bank app, and it was showing the date, time and merchant name of JD sports, and this lady refused to give me refund and mock me by saying i don’t know this is original nike slippers or not. She was so stubborn and ask me to the store. Just for $50 slippers, they behaved like this to me while i have purchased many times from them in past, really disappointed and will never go back.
