I’ve been a member at JIM for almost a year now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. I’ve seen myself grow and become so much stronger, both physically and mentally. The classes are always changing, which means I’m constantly challenged and never bored —nothing ever feels repetitive. On top of that, Holli has created such an incredible, welcoming community. It’s a place I genuinely look forward to coming to — highly recommend! ❤️💪🏻

I LOVE J.I.M.!!! I've joined the classes 5 months ago and I'm easily hitting my 4 weekly workouts! It's a very fun and supportive environment. I'm feeling much better physically and mentally since I started.

Do not let yourself be conned by this business. I don't want anyone to fall victim to the same dodgy business dealings I have. I went for a trial class and was offered a 2 week trial when I was there. After chasing Holli for 4 weeks and several text messages to get access to the trial I was told that I needed to create a profile and put my credit card details in but that I wouldn't be charged. I never got access to the trial classes so just gave up chasing Holli. After reviewing my credit card bill last week, I noticed that JIM have been charging me for the last 4 weeks for classes I never signed up for. It's one of those apps that don't let you cancel direct. you have to contact them but they don't respond to emails, text or phone calls. I've sent 3 emails, left 2 VMs and texted both numbers I have. They are not allowing me to cancel & they are not refunding the money they have been taking from me. I've just been charged again.

Loveeee jim and the community that Holli builds! The flexible classes fit so well around a busy lifestyle and I have definitely seen improvements mentally and physically since I’ve been coming. Love the challenges and events that are put on too, a really fun way to get fit :)

Best workout experience ever! I’ve only just started working out again recently and J.I.M. has made this transition for me so much easier. The workout sessions are only 30 minutes long which works with my busy schedule but I’m still getting the results that I need. With the infra red technology, they set themselves apart from any other gym. Would recommend it for absolutely anyone and everyone! I always feel so revived and awake after each session.
