I needed to make an exchange which apparently the staff member couldn’t help me with. I waited for more than 15 minutes on the exchange counter just for the staff member to figure out how the process works. After long 15 minutes he called a senior staff to help me out which eventually costed me around half an hour for a 5 minutes job, not recommended.

Have been buying from here for few years, have been liking the quality even after a premium pricing. Since beginning of this year, quality of products have substantially degraded while prices have nearly doubled. Very unfriendly returns and refund policy. Bought an Ihram for $81, but received another one as gift. Tried to return the untouched Ihram for store credit, was denied the same. Did not wanted to exchange as the quality is no longer the same. Someone able to produce clothing brand equivalent to their previous year’s quality has a good chance.

The store has a welcoming vibe and decent selection for casual and dressier occasions alike. Most people seem to enjoy the clothing quality and variety, and the overall local rating sits around solid territory. That said, some customers mention mixed experiences with customer service and online ordering — a few have found communication or delivery a bit frustrating at times.

Worst experience ever. Never returning to any Junaid Jamshed franchise. I was a regular customer, but after this experience I will never return. Staff member (skinny) I think his name was Jione or Jivan something like that was extremely rude, had no manners, and spoke to me with complete disrespect. When I tried to raise his behaviour with another staff member, he became aggressive and started threatening me. This is absolutely unacceptable and frightening. This is not the level of professionalism customers expect. If this is the standard of staff Junaid Jamshed hires, they will lose customers fast. I strongly advise people not to shop here.

Your website clearly states you'll be taking a break for fasting at 6:45, yet you turned us away at 6:15, instructing us to return by 8:00. We waited patiently, only to find your doors still closed until 8:15; without any apology, just excuses from the staff. Additionally, the store's conditions were extremely disappointing: - Stock appeared neglected, with some items visibly deteriorating. - The fitting rooms were shockingly unclean, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. You guys had break for 2 hours and couldn’t even pick up tried clothes. (Pictures attached) - Staff members displayed a clear lack of interest in assisting customers. Such poor management and disregard for customers not only tarnishes your store's reputation but also negatively reflects on the broader image of Pakistani brands. You might as well keep your doors closed if this is how you choose to operate.
