I recently purchased a lot of furniture from Kings living Bondi Junction store and have to say my experience has been amazing. Massive thanks to Audrey and Samia who were extremely helpful with the selections and customer care. Delivery team was amazing also - unlike other furniture stores they deliver, install and take all the boxes away resulting in a seamless customer experience. Throughout the journey, Audrey and Samia were amazing. 5 star experience, highly recommended.

Excellent Customer Service Recovery: A 5-Star Resolution My initial experience with King Living was extremely frustrating, involving two failed delivery commitments (Nov 11, Nov 18), poor communication, and ignored internal escalations regarding my Delta sofa order. However, the reason this is a 5-star review is because of how the company handled the issue once it reached the executive level. The recovery was swift and truly first-class. After escalating directly to Head of Customer Service, Jamin Daniels, he immediately took ownership. The next morning, Ash from the Customer Service Escalations team called me to apologize and prioritize the resolution. Within hours, I was offered three delivery options, including priority Saturday delivery. The final resolution was exceptional: - Immediate, confirmed delivery (7 am Saturday). - The company upgraded my purchase from the floor stock item to a brand new sofa. - The delivery fee refund was confirmed. Every business faces logistical challenges, but King Living’s response—once the executive team was involved—demonstrated genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. We purchased living room and dining room settings from King Bondi Junction. The service provided by our sales consultant Gabrielle was exceptional. She was extremely patient, her product knowledge was faultless and she was able to guide us and provide valuable recommendations to fulfil our needs. Overall a first rate experience and we are delighted with our new furniture.

Worst Customer Servicer on Earth. 15 months ago we ordered a new couch. We waited 3 months for delivery and the fabric was defective. They promised us new covers and we waited 3 more months and the next fabrics were defective. We ordered a brand new cover in a new color and after waiting more months for this to be delivered they sent the wrong item and color. We have emailed and phoned ad nauseum and the customer service is so bad and so inconsistent that it is hard to believe this company has been in business for so long. They do lovely TV commercials and they make out they are reputable but in fact when something goes wrong they cannot fix it even after 15 months! Dealing with King Living has been one of the worst customer experiences in my entire life. If you are looking for new furniture you might want to look for a company that has AU customer support and can resolve issues with a reasonable time frame. King Living is a total FAIL.
